Eefuku items can be fully cash refund when customer receive poor quality product from Eefuku.
(the goods are different from characterization)
- Incorrect size, color, design, material.
- EEFUKU brand missing on products
- Defections on products caused by EEFUKU or courier services
Product is NOT eligible for returning under the following conditions:
- Lack of receipt
- EEFUKU product has been washed.
- EEFUKU product contains defection caused by customer themselves.
*A new product will be delivered to the customer if the requirements are met with the additional shipping fees covered by EEFUKU.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the returned item.
We will also notify of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
After the exchange statement approved, the cash refund will be preparing within 5-7 working days.
